Marjolijin Visser

Marjolijn obtained her physiotherapy diploma in the Netherlands. After working in Spain as a private physiotherapist and working with the Spanish Ladies Hockey team, she moved to England and settled to raise her family.
Marjolijn studied Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in London for 3 years, it remains her intention to be able combine her knowledge of these two different systems of how to treat the body to greater effect. Knowledge of acupuncture systems, be it Traditional Chinese Medicine or Western Medicine, can help with identifying underlying conditions.
Marjolijn has been working for many years in private practice mainly focusing on musculoskeletal patients utilising hands on therapies as well as her acupuncture. Over the last ten years she has been working with Shelford Rugby Club and Cambridge University Rugby Club, treating athletes with sports injuries and helping them with their rehabilitation.
